All pieces are individually handmade and undergo a firing process, hence the glaze, color shading and shape, etc. may vary slightly.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges based on these differing characteristics or quality. We hope that you enjoy the unique charm of handicrafts.

There will be no refund or cancellation permissible for the products ordered and delivered.

If you have an issue to report regarding your order, please do so as soon as possible providing as much detail as possible via email to sales@shirosophy.com as the maximum time frame allowed is only 48 hours after delivery

If the product delivered has been discovered damaged (not due to customer’s handling or negligence) and reported within 48 hours after the delivery, we can only offer one-to-one exchange. If there is no available stock for exchange at that point of time, we will offer a refund based on the product price only.

Please adhere to the following precautions to ensure long-term use.

*Please avoid using it in the oven. Sudden temperature changes can cause cracks and damage.

*It can be used in the microwave and dishwasher, but please avoid soaking at all times. This will cause stains or discoloration gradually.

*Upon hand washing, use a soft sponge and dish detergent. Please refrain from using metal scrubbers, abrasives, etc. as this may cause scratches.
